Złota 44 apartment

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Building: Złota 44

Area: 102 m²

The apartment is located on the 22th floor of probably the most famous residential building in Warsaw, which was designed by equally renowned architect Daniel Libeskind. Even though apartments on this address belong to the most expensive in the city, thanks to many prestigious amenities there is no lack of customers. Our role was to design the apartment in such a way that it is flexible to a wide range of potential renters.

Functionally the apartment is divided into two main areas – night area and day area. The night area (private one) consists of the walk-through wardrobe, the bedroom and the bathroom, while the day area was divided into the activity zones instead of the rooms. Thanks to this approach there is mostly openspace area in the apartment, which enables admiring the wide city panorama that stretches from the living room, through the relax & business area, up to the kitchen and the dining area.

Furniture selection is the high-end design from both polish and international designers. In the apartment you can find e.g. Tom Dixon lamps, Miniforms table, IKER chairs, Marbet Style armchairs, a bed from NAP, and many, many more. Some of elements like veneered RTV cabinet or brass circles were custom made for this project. In overall, the apartment’s style has been retained in the stylistic range present in the public areas of the Złota 44 building.
